Shipping & Processing Information

At Jeanius Bar Atelier, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order pieces. Please note the following details regarding our processing and shipping times:

  • Made to Order:
    Our made-to-order items are carefully crafted with attention to detail. As a result, they have a processing time of up to 14 working days before being dispatched. We appreciate your patience while we create something truly special for you.

  • Shipping Schedule:

    • We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
    • Orders placed before 1 PM GMT will be dispatched the same day.
    • Orders placed after 1 PM GMT will be processed and sent out on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Important Note:
For Made to Order items, please allow up to 14 working days for processing before dispatch. If you select Next Working Day Delivery at checkout, your order will be shipped using this service once your item has been made.

Worldwide Shipping

  • DHL Express (2-4 Business Days)
    • Tracking provided for all international shipments.

Customs & Duties:
All applicable duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not pre-pay these fees at checkout. Be sure to check with your local customs office for additional information on potential charges.
