Sizing

As we are a UK based company, our products will come with UK sizing. Check out our size guides in the product description.

Yes, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. You can exchange an item for a different size within our return window of 28 days from purchase.

If you find yourself in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Shipping

Our domestic shipping is handled by Royal Mail, we use special delivery which arrives the next day before 1pm. This includes Tracking and requires a Signature.

Our International shipping is handled by DHL Express, this includes Tracking. All duties, customs fees, and taxes the responsibility of the customer. We do not pre-pay duties, custom fees, or taxes at checkout.

Retailers

Our physical retail store is located at 10-11 Archer St, London, W1D 7AZ. You can find our store addresses and operating hours on our website on through our social platforms.

Most of our products are available both in physical stores and online. However, there may be occasional online-exclusive items or promotions.

Returns

Unworn items purchased online are eligible for return for credit or exchange within 7 days after delivery. Due to the Handmade/Made to Order nature of our products we do not offer refunds.

If there is an issue with your order/delivery, please reach out within 7 days of the delivery window so we can assist you, if you are past this time frame, we will be unable to assist you.

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.

Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
