Customs & Duties

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details prior to ordering. 

If you refuse your shipment after it has been dispatched, your country’s customs charges will still be applied and billed to us by the carrier.

Once the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred, which will be deducted from your refund.

Each piece is made specifically for you based on your order details and/or measurements. For this reason, all Made to Order items are non-returnable.

UK customers :

UK exchanges are available at a £25 fee to cover additional tailoring and labour for the exchange pair.

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

The customer covers both the return shipping to us and the outbound shipping for the replacement item.


International (rest of world) customers : Exchanges are unfortunately not offered.
